FAQ

How the process works.

What documents do you need?: An unofficial transcript, the current year’s course schedule, and your NCAA Eligibility Center account number if you already have one.
How long does an evaluation take?: Five business days from the time all documents are uploaded.
Do we need to register with the NCAA first?: No, but it is the preferred first step. Pro and Elite include help creating and completing the account.
Can a school counselor use the roadmap?: Yes. The roadmap is written so a counselor can build the remaining schedule directly from it.
What if the athlete is already a senior?: Start immediately. Some 10/7 gaps cannot be corrected after the seventh semester begins, so knowing early still changes decisions.
